The Rabbit Hole Designs has a fabulous new release this month and I’m having a blast playing with all the new goodies. This Kringle stamp set isn’t part of the new release, but I just adore him! This card is a 5 inch x 5 inch base of Basic Gray cardstock from Stampin Up. The layered base is cut to 4.5” x 4.5” and stamped repeatedly with the Ho stamp in Versamark ink. I wanted a subtle look to the background, but you could also easily add some embossing powder to punch up the impact.
The Kringle image is stamped on Simon Says Stamp Fog cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored using Chameleon pencils. To get crisp lines on the image, I leave the stamps in my Misti and restamp after coloring. It maximizes the impact and eliminates any colored pencil on the outline of the image.
The trees are stamped and colored with the same method as Kringle. The sentiment is stamped in Versamark ink and embossed with Simon Says Stamp Fine Detail White embossing powder. The white gives it the bit of pop it needs.
All images are popped up with Thin Foam Squares and I love the finished product. So festive and FUN!
