Happy Saturday! I hope you’re reading this from your favorite place to relax today! I’m bringing you another card for The Rabbit Hole Designs featuring the All About The Hat 4×4 stamp set and coordinating die.

I cannot imagine a more fitting sentiment for this stamp set! Am I right? This card is a super simple design starting with the hat stamped on Neenah Solar White 110# card stock using Memento tuxedo black ink. I colored the image using Spectrum Noir Triblend markers. I reach for these markers more than any other in my collection right now. After coloring, I restamp the image (in my Misti) using VersaFine Clair nocturne Ink and them heat emboss using Simon Says Stamp Clear Embossing powder.
The card base is also Neenah Solar White 110# in a classic A2 size and scored for a top fold. The card panel is the same cardstock cut to 1/4” smaller in both length and width. I used cardstock scaps to create 1/2” strips for the stripes. I love the Halloween trifecta of colors in orange, purple and green.

The sentiment is stamped in VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink and heat embossed using Simon Says Stamp Clear Embossing powder. I popped up the hat with Scrapbook Adhesives THIN 3D Foam Squares. It’s my favorite for adding dimension to diecut images.
To finish off the card, I add Nuvo Crystal Drops in Ripened Pumpkin, Crushed Grape, and Apple Green. I love this color combo and try to keep my embellishments to an odd number, as that is what is most visually appealing (or so Cathy Zielske tells me)!
What do you think???? So fun, right??? I love Halloween but CANNOT believe we are already creeping into FALL! Where has this year gone?
My youngest (I have 2 boys) is starting his Senior year in high school on Monday! Hug your kiddos because blink and they’re adults. He’s super excited for his Senior year and even more so for college. I’m sure I’ll find something to occupy my time (wink, wink).
Crafty hugs to you all,
